Every scanner worker runs one job. grab() the signal. run() the trade. Write state. Sleep. Wake on cron and do it again.
Above them sits Hermes. Paper-mode orchestrator on a Linux box I keep in my closet. It writes orchestrator_state.json and paper_portfolio.json every cycle. The page you are looking at pulls directly from those files, no dashboards in between.
Nothing here is hand-maintained. If a worker dies, its row goes stale on this page. If the orchestrator goes silent, the whole strip goes cold. That is the whole design.
